Buyer offered $20 less which I accepted as I needed to clear asap for tenant to move in. Asked me if can collect on the day, I’ve make arrangements to go back and clean item up before sending/pick up. Messages her multiple times after and didn’t reply. Today I text her again she told me she’s not interested anymore. Then u should have said it earlier before wasting people’s time
