Seller assured the item r in good condition. found one of the wheel came out after we pick the item. informed the seller ,he was defensive claimed the faulty might not fm his side. A seller should check thoroughly b4 sale. faulty was found in less than 3 hours after collection. Seller didn’t show his concern.Buyer went thru the hassle to get e wheel repaired immediately. Bad experience!
Reduced to clear : Rimowa Trunk E-Tag
S$1,800
Luggage was working absolutely fine. You took your time to check before collecting. This is a platform of second hand items. You bought a 10year old luggage after negotiating. You can’t expect me to provide warranties and guaranties for item you pick up after your thorough check before payment and collection. I called Rimowa and explained the issue. They replaced the screw WITHOUT ANY COST. Please dont be fussy and spread negativity when you buy 10year old item.
