She’s responsive, but the transaction was confusing. She accepted my offer, then later billed me a higher amount. When I asked if the total already included shipping, she said no and suggested I was confused. However, our chat clearly shows she accepted my offer before I asked about the shipping fee and confirmed I would take the item.
