Got the faulty item. Not in working condition. Refunded but cut shipping amount 2 times. Seller is not flexible. First time terrible experience in Carousel.

Buyer bought a brand new item I've never used, I disclosed prior to selling that item has not been tested, and buyer still pushed through with deal. When buyer reported item only worked once and didnt start the 2nd time, I immediately offered full refund. However, buyer doesnt have a bank account, cannot do meetup, so we agreed to send back amount via lalamove but we had to deduct lalamove fee. Not sure why she thinks i am not flexible when i offered her options and she didnt take any of it.
