Got the faulty item. Not in working condition. Refunded but cut shipping amount 2 times. Seller is not flexible. First time terrible experience in Carousel.

Buyer bought a brand new item I've never used, I disclosed prior to selling that item has not been tested, and buyer still pushed through with deal. When buyer reported item only worked once and didnt start the 2nd time, I immediately offered full refund. However, buyer doesnt have a bank account, cannot do meetup, so we agreed to send back amount via lalamove but we had to deduct lalamove fee. Not sure why she thinks i am not flexible when i offered her options and she didnt take any of it.

Very happy with my purchase. Appreciate the fact that seller provided a replacement for a very minor damage from the item. Recommended seller. :)

Thank you for the compliment! We got the replacement padding but never actually used it, we just kept it in storage. it makes sense to hand it over to the new owners of the seat! 💙 enjoy your purchase and thanks again!
