gave me a low review even though i didnt transact with him/her yet. this is a second review that this user has received na rineview niya kahit na nag offer lang naman ng price sakanya with NO TRANSACTION whatsover. Just to inform you po seller: Sending a lower price or offer in carousell simply initiates NEGOTIATION.

Not sure if you know how carousell works but sending an offer is as good as a done deal. We have messaging for haggling before the actual offer. Idk if critical thinking is expensive but maybe you can try haggling for that when you get it. Just make sure not to send an offer and message first instead
