The fan was very dirty and not washed , and the screw was very loose and had problem :/

I thought you asked me the purpose of the screw and I explained it to you to which you said thank you. And about the dust, it was just the regular loose dust that had settled as I was not using the item for the past few days. I had done a thorough cleaning of the fan a few days ago, before I had stopped using it. I appreciate that you shared your concern, but I wish you would have said things as they were and not extrapolate it to a hyperbole.
