i was not feeling well that day i asked for contact number so its easier to communicate since she or he always reply so late or slow. but seller said communication only through Carousell. if so please reply promptly, when i dont reply seller was very angry and cancel on the deal. but this time i am asking to deal again. so it will be great if can reply promptly and be more flexible. thank you

I have photos of chat.Buyer review with falsehoods. Mia yet accuse.Suspected deliberate sabotaging. Got to hv a limit even if competition?! To think I don’t even mind selling to competitors as it’s hobby to me. To think we even happily concluded the transaction cos I agree to her reschedule. Reported to carousell. Update: After reporting, “plant therapy” deleted msgs. blacklisted account #2. No use. Screenshots already captured and sent. The deleting also shows “plant therapy”s guilt 🤦‍♀️

This seller has a jesus complex. Problematic & has an attitude problem. Didn’t specify her address so when I said I’ll come another time since I didn’t have time to wait for her text about her address, she was texting rudely. Didn’t pick up my call, then suddenly appeared to lecture me for 5 mins about not paying her when she didn’t have her own phone to check that I did. The product was so dirty.

Due to lack of common timing,she agree 2self-collect. She’s told SPECIFICALLY to make payment via paynow b4 collect. Address provided yet she asked again and again while assuring payment. She DIDNT make payment and was CAUGHT Red handed >15m away w item hence make payment ONSpot during 5mins Blacklist#1 I didn’t leave review, give chance, block hp# Yet drag in religion for simple transaction despite irrelevancy here .police report ought to be made.Matter reported to carousell.CCTV.Snapshot pic

The seller was very friendly and was very prompt with replies. After I ordered the item, I received it really quickly. The seller made extra effort to ensure the plant was wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any damage during delivery. There was even follow ups to ensure I received the item. The plant was really healthy and lush. Highly recommend.
