Item did not arrive on time.She poorly explained what happened to the drums I ordered.Also increased price as she pleased- from 550 to 580 to 90 bucks more and then to 170 more with a threat that she will not send the item unless I pay 170 more.she also marginalised me by calling me a 'typical malay'. Texted me at 650pm to collect the drums all the way in jurong at 730pm n when I arrived,she had no keys to open the door for me.if u don't want to be bullied by her,don't buy anythin from her.

Item arrived in great condition. She's very respectful to customers and responds spontaneously too. Deals with necessary documents well and answers queries with patience and respect. Great seller. Hope to deal with you again :D
