I’m not the first to experience this MIA buyer. Arranged time to meet up and totally disappear. Made offer and agreed but totally no show. Till now after 2 days still no response. She may make good offer to get your attention and make u cancel other potential offers, only to back out. So think twice, sellers. Better to ask her for deposit first.
