Back out of selling item despite accepting my offer. I even offered to make payment cos I can't meet him to collect item immediately even though it's not in seller's listing requirement. And actually asked my sister to help me collect item but he went ahead to make a deal with another buyer. Seller changes his requirements as and when he deem fit.

You have not been truthful. I was upfront with you that I would need you to commit to collecting and paying by today. I waited for your response until today and push away other offers in the meantime. One offer was even higher and immediate fund transfer. Today you told me you can't meet up and I proceeded to reject you and said yes to the next person in queue. Then you offered to have your sister pick up today. But I refused because I already arranged pick up with second person.
