The seller is lovely, very quick to reply. The only thing is, the item is clearly used. It wasn’t in “new, never worn” condition as stated in the ad. However, quality of the item is great and the price point is also good. Overall still count as a happy purchase.

Hi, sorry you felt this way. The item was stated accurately, but they are old so perhaps this was reflected in the wear and tear of time. The soles were as thick as the day I got them, had they been worn the soles would have reflected this. I'm disappointed you didn't voice this when we met face to face.
