buyer chose from my black or white Nespresso machines - decided to go with black, apparently had an issue. offered assistance to the buyer, offered to replace the machine, offered full return+refund, yet wouldn't come to agreement that rating she left is inaccurate. sounds like a user issue to me. now we found the machine is actually working, she wants partial refund. BEWARE OF THIS BUYER.

Interesting interpretation. The partial refund was not offered because the milk attachment was “actually working.” It was offered as a compromise to resolve the issue without the inconvenience of a full return for both parties. If the machine was fully working as described, there would have been no reason to discuss refunds in the first place. Fortunately, our message history speaks for itself.
