When trade, I shown the video clip to the buyer about the heater conditions which just taken 30 mins ago before trading. The heater running well and there is no any problem. The video clip still here with time stamp. After trade in MTR, you suddenly told it is unusable and noisy, leave the bad comment, it is not acceptable for me. I believe it should be you use it wrongly.

The heater I traded you in good condition and I shown you the video which taken 30 mins ago with time stamp before transaction. As you said, you couldn’t hear the sound when I shown you. I’m doubt you hurt the heater when you on the way home ( it need carry very carefully which just put in IKEA bag) or you use it wrongly. It not fair to me I trade you heater in good condition and you said bad.
3 年前（已編輯）the sound in your video is not max, I couldn't hear the sound when on the MTR, when I tried it at home the heater was very noisy, after a few minutes something exploded inside, I threw the heater away because it didn't work, if your heater is good, I won't give bad comments. Thanks
