I would warn anyone dealing with this buyer that he'll disappear after you accept his offer. there is an offer and acceptance, by law and by carousel policy the transaction must go through. the buyer said he left HK after giving the offer, I accepted his offer immediately. that means he had no intention of actually buying the item. I don't mind you changing your mind, but not disappearing
