Cyndi and her team are amazing! Checked in at 3-4am but they were still so responsive and quick. First time staying with Cyndi, chose her because the room that I wanted was sold out on RWS, Agoda and Trip, but surprisingly she still had it. Really made my whole trip so smooth and fuss-free, definitely will book all my future Genting trips with her 💜

I booked them for my trip to malaysia & everything went smoothly, i would say that their pricing was reasonable & one of the cheapest that i could find. On top of all that their customer service was tip top, Cyndi would reply my message at any time of the day even when it was late at night!
