You must know the details of your item before the sale and disclose all the flaws, price is to expensive for a cracks canvass front and back, the seller did not refund the item, discount made is not fair for the condition since canvass cannot be repaired....next time know your item and don't trick your buyer❌the trust you build with your buyer is more important than money let your wife read this❌

I really don’t know the crack indeed, I told you that it was fair to conduct physical check by face to face. you did and checked over 15 minutes then payment and took away the bag. After then, you ask for discount when you told me the situation. We both settled by message.
