Fussy buyer. I used the lamp with NO ISSUES for the past one year. and suddenly he said got defect.. what a joke! other buyers are all great accept for this one.. btw, Carousell is used item selling app for used item. I suggest you should buy at the store with original price. full stop.

The lamp is malfunctioning, with persistent flickering and noise despite changing multiple new bulb. It's all about managing buyer expectations, your listing stated "like new" hence I expect your lamp to perform as it should. Being an used item, obviously as a buyer we anticipate and accept that there will be some level of wear and tear in terms of esthetic but NOT a malfunction product otherwise stated.
