Seller is delusive. Listing stated phone was “like new”. As for when the item was inspected, it looked acceptable, until I brought it home and did closer inspection. The screen had a tiny chip on the left and when contacted, I was blamed for damaging the device. Why would I do that when I’m the one who needed a phone urgently? Seller refused a return, and was cold when contacted about the issue.
