Plaud Note AI Voice Recorder - Brand New

Item stated as “Brand New” in listing but received in clearly OPENED packaging. Evidence of NOT NEW - fingerprint smudges all over the snap case + QR verification tag was also removed. Seller also kept delaying shipment update over a few days (Sat-Wed), had to remind seller update tracking. Very disappointed that it’s NOT AS DESCRIBED. Would not have paid $22 for USED snap case!

追加評價

Seller said that they “forgot” to inform abt the condition, say it’s “new”. I showed all the pics + listing did NOT state anything to show that it’s open + fingerprints everywhere (I have video evidence) I’m not able to gift this item to my friend. Seller offered a partial $10 refund, however to this date (more than a week), there has been no news 😅 I NEVER leave 1 ⭐️ but this is too much!

If I can give 0 stars I would. First I asked seller if item is authentic. She said yes. Secondly she delayed mailing for 4 days. Now that I received item it’s not authentic and the photos she posted is different from the ones she mailed to me. Dealing with 100 over people on carousell I never once given a 1 star to anyone. This is the worst transaction I’ve ever met.
