Poorly coordinated pickup requested from seller. As I urgently needed to purchase an item, I made my way down to collect however was told nobody is home to pass me the item despite being told that pickup was confirmed. No immediate change of pickup time was given and was told to Wait for update. Purchased my items from retail instead. Seller was not happy and said no cancelation once offered.
