On 12/5, buyer made an offer and said will transfer by 17/5. On 17/5, I asked for payment again & he said he will transfer me by 24/5 as he was in the midst creating a bank acct for himself. However, there was no reply from him after tat despite prompting him. I don't appreciate tat he uses xcuses to smoke me in order to back out. It's normal for buyer to change their mind, and so long as they inform me, I'm totally ok w it. But using xcuses like that to back out, it isn't very nice.
