Melvin really knows his stuff. We appointed him for move out painting and cleaning services. As we were overseas, Melvin kept us posted (by sending us photos and videos of their work) throughout the process. Melvin is a very reliable guy for his work! We are really thankful for his help.

The cleaning service provided by Citian Redefine was impeccable. No stones were left unturned and all the difficult spots were cleaned. What was remarkable was their prompt customer service, from handling service request at 11.30pm to delivering the service on the next day at 4pm. I was overseas and they sent me the pictures of the clean up! Overall, spectacular service provided!

Roger was professional, polite , and knowledgeable with a fantastic attitude, even providing us cleaning tips for some of the special care areas he discovered in the house. We took the post-renovation package - Roger and his team left it completely dust free and smell free upon completion. Would highly recommend to our friends doing reno and definitely re-engage in the future.
