Very x responsible seller telling me she’s not responsible for any damages in the process of shipping.If so means that I pay her money for nothing? Seller should take their own risk,as long as the customer didn’t receive what they purchased ,why do they have to pay for it ?

Why should i bear the responsibility when i did all i can to prevent situation like this? Furthermore, i have requested compensation from J&t😊"no responsibility will be taken after the parcel is posted" was stated on my bio since i start my business here. I expect mutual consent when buyers decide to purchase from me.also,you are the one who requested to use courier service instead of meeting up. You should have expected something like this would happen if you use courier service right?
