This guy we agreed on 26/12/16 Monday at 3pm. At 2.30pm, he told me that he'll be slightly late and might reach around 3.30pm and I understood him. As soon as 3.10 hits, and I left home and was on the bus and he said that he can't meet today due to his mom's "birthday".
