Update: turns out her grandfather passed away. Seller went MIA after we made arrangements to pick up from their doorstep, i drove all the way to Pasir Ris only to be ghosted and disappointed. No reply on the phone or maybe she gave me the wrong number but also no reply in the app. Don’t know what happened but it was a very disappointing experience. My bad for assuming the deal was on and driving there. Lesson learnt.

Seller was very responsive and accommodating when I wanted my own courier. Even when the courier was late, she was willing to change her plans and wait. I am sorry she was inconvenienced. However, I was very disappointed that in no time during our conversation did she reveal that the zippers of the Jujube bag did not have the protective sticker contrary to what she claimed. In addition, they looked scratchy, old and some of the plating had come off. Saying I feel cheated is an understatement.
