this bag is definitely not 'like new'. the stains and yellow-ness on the bag shows signs of carrying for a long time with main affected areas around the surface of the bag nearest the body and arms. in addition, there is also a stubborn stain at the front of the bag that could not be cleaned after 3 rounds of washing and cleaning. 'Like new' is definitely not what the bag had been thru.

Was suppose to meet up for collection as seller wasn’t keen on doing mailing. Cancelled the meet up twice(could understand from selling perspective as it was due to work) was told that would reschedule. When I re-enter carousell, item was listed as sold and i was not notified. It would have been nicer if the seller could notify me that he is letting the item go.
