was willing to meet immediately just bc he thought item was free,however when arranged a meeting the next day w pay, last minute backed out

Yes, I would say the meeting area is slightly inconvenient for me. However, I feel that it's worth since the item was purchased first hand in a way and better since you would be able to see it for yourself. I would recommend this seller again :)
