Buyer offered and sealed the deal. Then backed out with no apparent reason. Wasted my time dealing with this ass of a person. If you had no intention of buying, don't come and chat up a long conversation pretending to be interested. I don't know why I even entertained you. To all buyers out there, beware of this ass.
