Buyer refused the item upon meetup. Cited that the item was smaller than expected and that listed dimensions (30x20x10cm) were inaccurate as the item appeared smaller IRL. Full dimensions were 31.5x21.5x11.5cm — still bigger than the listed dimensions. However, I appreciate that we met at a location of my convenience and they apologized for wasting my time, so it’s all good.

Following up to buyer’s response: Buyer never stated that the quality of the bag did not justify the price when we met in person. Would have appreciated if she was upfront about it than harping on the fact that it was smaller than her expectations. Providing this feedback in person would have allowed room to negotiate then, and for me to price the bag more fairly had she still decided not to get.

My first time cancelling a transaction (straw tote @$40). Have apologised to seller for the inconvenience caused and time wasted for the meetup. Yes, the measurements are correct although the tote appeared smaller than expected probably due to the thick material used. However, more importantly, the quality was extremely disappointing (cannot tell from listing pix). The tote looked most basic and flimsy and in all honesty, I cannot justify paying $40 for this, my apologies again.
