Buyer scheduled for a meet-up at 7:00pm and departed at 7:03pm claiming he didn't keep track of time. I waited for an hour when he lives 20 minutes away from the meet-up location. When confronted, he claimed that he was coming from Jurong. I gave him 50 more minutes to show up and got no response until 18 minutes later saying that he couldn't make it.
