The buyee was updated on the arrangement of the delivery till receiving the item. The buyer was updated on the investigation on damages too. Contacted carousel contact centre to discuss and ask them on resolution on the damage issue. They had informed that seller had to decide if out of goodwill, you want to compensate the buyer for damage due to lack of proof which buyer cant provide.The investigation by the courier service can't be fruitful. As the seller provided the delivery out of good.

Seller did not honour deal even after accepting my offer. Increased their price which I agreed to. And then tried to increase their price again after they were offered higher price by other buyers. They might as well have indicated the item is up for bid.

Apology for the inconvenience caused. I had explained the whole situation. Upon your agreement, deal was close off. It had explained that you were awared of the circumstance at the point of the transations. You agree to let go off the deal without any pressurization. Why make an issue now with your bad comment?
