I bought a Kate spade wallet from this seller. Item was brand new as described. Unfortunately after using for a few days, the synthetic leather inside the wallet started to disintegrate....Perhaps it had been kept too long. This was no fault of the seller as he could not have known this would happen. I sent him a feedback on chat without any expectations. He responded almost immediately offering a full refund with sincere apologies. A real gentleman seller and a gem on carousell!
