Dear, stop falsely accusing me being straightforward, I did explain to you about the last minute cancellation terms and conditions after you kept leaving me on seen and refuses to reply, you also didn’t even bother to apologise for wasting my time, I could have been at work, only till I left a 1 star review for you then you want to apologise, plus if it’s not a friendly chat towards you, you should have said to me at the very beginning not when you ghosted me for almost a week
