However, the Pop box and the figure itself are in good condition. The issue was only with the inner plastic packaging. The item was also well-packaged for delivery.

I’m really sorry your Pop arrived damaged. We carefully checked it while still in the box before shipping and packed it with extra care by providing multiple layers of bubble wrap, a protector, and a sturdy container to keep it safe during transit.
