After reaching home,I found out the product was defective after numerous troubleshooting and was sold to me after the seller bought from another buyer. The seller was unsure if the product was defective or not when buying from another seller and did not try using it.Reminder for others to ensure the product is charged up to test out during the meet up.No refund was given at all.
