Came home to test next day and laptop does not work does not charge or turn on. Bought a new battery and still does not work. I’d like to get my money back please?

checked it's condition before trans day to ensure everything is ok. 8/5 during trans we checked it everything was fine. 9/5 u wanted to reformat and upgrade OS & aft which u claimed that it worked fine. 10/5 u said that the laptop can't be charged or on. Later, claimed that Apple said that it was battery issue, got replaced and worked fine. Offered to cover that amount, but rejected. 11/5 you claimed that laptop is faulty and want a refund. Not responsible for post-trans changes, modification.
