Engaged his service n got a slot booked n due to bad weather fair enough cancel the first n arrange the next. Promise to fulfil the job regardless on weather on the next appt, he agreed and now bad weather again, last min service cancelled. Push back my 2 days appt just for him. My advice, do only engage his service during good weather.

Mobile services has its limitation and uncertainty due to bad unpredictable weather, user have to understand all these factors. Irregardless, safety first for my worker. Payment has also been refunded immediately and informed. I have been professional in my replies and extended my apology for this unforeseen circumstances. However your reply has been harsh to me.
