Did not declare flaws when I even asked her to highlight the flaws of the bag. Listed as LIKE NEW. Despite me trying to negotiate how to deal with the situation, she insisted on a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy. I was even patient for the delays on the shipping and never complained about it. Posting this to remind buyers to check all photos and be makulit in asking all details before paying.
