i feel bad doing this but i felt the need to express it…i was too excited when i’ve received the item so i didn’t pay much attention, but the item has a lot of visible scratches :(( why label it as brand new when (1) the top part of the box was so teared up (even the placement of tape were so messy) & (2) the product has tons of scratches. hope the seller was more honest and discreet about it.

hello! I apologize for this I’ll be more discreet with my items next time. I stated in the description na it’s a “fresh pull” that’s why I labeled it as brand new pa rin and days pa lang naman since I bought it, kaya teared up talaga yung top part ng box and foil.
