Before transaction Buyer already known there is no warranty and inform Ok to buy From another point of view: 1) Buyer inform they had another similar Product at home ( “Unknown if any replacement was made after opening the box”) 2) How to determine item is defect ? ( there are many reasons for unconnected from TP-Link Community website which other user encounters eg: unconnected to bulb)

1. This TP-Link bulb come with serial number and there’s no way to lie about it. 2. It’s confirmed by TP-Link Support after multiple trouble shorting that the bulb is defect. 3. I informed seller and asked if he is willing to refund and I’ll return the bulb and he said will only refund if it’s unopened. I don’t mind if seller refuse to refund but don’t say will only refund if it’s unopened. He know it’s already opened and it’s defect. This make me feel he is not sincere to solve the prob.
