items were not described properly; so better ask for conditions and have proof before collection, otherwise you will be disappointed like me. even though I felt she gave me precise collection details she missed very important information which cost me so much time and energy. some of the frames don't even have a hook to hang which I was not informed.

Item is listed EXACTLY as item is, it states with 3m TAPES and buyer is circling lack of hook(???), WITHOUT ever first even asking me for hook feature prior to buying. Would hv NOT sold to him if I knew that’s required! Buyer also insisted to hv it collected when im NOT home despite me sugg weekend/following week where I’m home for collection, but buyer still prefers to self collect & now is giving a low rating simply bcs he found it difficult to pick up the item bcs he’s gone to a diff block.
