Smooth transaction. However, seller claimed the item was like new & unwilling to give a discount. I have the same item as sold by seller and when compared side by side, seller’s item appears more yellow and old compared to my item which has been a year old (seller’s item on the left). Even the screw on the item looks more rusted. Disappointed bcoz the claim of the item being “like new” is false.

Hello, im sorry that you feel like it looks old. It might have been because the feeder is placed on the balcony. I used it less than a year && claimed it as “like new” since it still functions well, no delay & i even provided new batteries for you. If you need it to be white as new, you should have bought the new one instead 😅 Thanks for the purchase btw. Hope this clarifies.
