There was a bit of confusion with the pickup. I requested self-pickup and wasn’t clearly informed about the fee. Since the location is near my house, I assumed it was free. I understand that it’s also important for customers to ask clearly, but it would be helpful if the seller could be more upfront about any charges next time. Overall, the rest of the experience was fine.
