Sorry, it's not just your time that's wasted, mine is too. But the fact is, if there's no data code, there should be a microchip. But none of that was found in your bag. Even though there's a receipt, there's no microchip or data code. There's no way I could just rely on the receipt when other factors about the bag don't support its authenticity

So after everything, I went to Louis Vuitton and they told me the chip probably stopped working. It was sent for repairs and the microchip is now detectable again. I have decided not to sell the bag now. As you say, both our time was wasted ultimately. I much prefer the date codes.
