So I'm just gonna say is: don't put yr account to "closing down" when you are not going to give an explanation to me as to why you can't refund me back. And plus, yr statement for "I have difficulty paying you back" which was from April till now (7 months alr) pls don't give this kind of statements beforehand if u aren't going to come back to me with a proper explanation. I'm not even angry about the refund tbh but just yr attitude & yr "closing down" w/o even giving me a proper explanation

Super irresponsible. I bought from her because she said it was ok to do registered mail, but after I paid she just kept dragging and kept giving excuses like not having time etc and kept wanting me to just go with normal mail. I opted for reg mail cause I didn't trust singpost initially and not her but after the whole delay with her, I think it's her I don't trust. AND MY ITEM STILL HASN'T BEEN MAILED OUT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

Most irresponsible seller I have ever come across! Bought from her twice and never received my items at all! Probably a scammer who said she 'mailed' it out and send me a pic proof.Really dishonest!Tried to clarify with her but she hasn't been replying me.Its been more than a week!I have a loss of total $70.That is not a small amount. Just wanted a refund of $20 is that really too much to ask for? Vry disappointed in such service.Have come across others who had bad experience with her as well.
