Dress size is not true to size and strictly no exchange .do not even bother to enquire on the remote possibility of an exchange as seller’s reply is curt & uncalled for . Seller’s respond was :”Go pay full retail price if you want an exchange .”Having purchased from SP directly before , I’m a uk 8 but can’t seem to fit into this “true to size” dress !

hi, we provided the SP official garment measurement and requested for u to verify but it was disregarded. we are happy to refund if something was indeed wrong. we said “for full exchange policy, it’s safer to shop on the official site” so u have purposefully misquoted us! we asked for ur measurements but u didnt know ur measurements. u asked about refund policy thrice and agreed to it BEFORE buying. u said u liked the dress after receiving it and convo remained friendly until this review (???)
