It's unfortunate to receive a 1-star review from someone who never actually completed a purchase. We had agreed on the transaction, but the buyer stopped responding and ultimately decided not to proceed. Since no sale ever took place, this review doesn't reflect the quality of my products or service. I strive to be honest, responsive, and respectful with every customer, and I encourage future buyers to judge based on completed transactions rather than situations where no purchase occurred.
