Terrible seller. Made a deal. Accepted my offer. Then backed out because she had a higher offer or rather she told me she don't want to sell to me anymore because her husband told her not to. Which was a lie because she told me she would keep her word and sell to me but didn't want to sell because she got a lot of offers. So she lied twice and didn't mean what she said. People like this who do not honour their own words just makes this community a bad place. Wasted both our time.
