Headphones seem ok. But they are NOT the model that was advertised on the listing. The seller couldn't even confirm what the model was when I picked it up, also they couldn't tell me where they got them. Overall item pick-up experience was low and it left me wondering if they are actually real. Wouldn't recommend a seller unless you get clear answers and details about the product.

Hi, so sorry about that! I realised afterwards that the headphones are the QC45 and not the 35 II as I had originally thought as they look identical. However, I can assure you that they are authentic bose headphones, I apologise for the mix up and hope that the quality of the headphones are still up to standard!
