Presales service is good. Cleaners arrived late. cleaning was done under 2.5 hr instead of 4-5 hr indicated in the quote. I rushed down after my meeting. Cleaners were on their phones. The quality of cleaning was just ok - fridge doors closed when interior was wet, why? QC done by me not supervisor. Touch up done for some missed spots. Underwhelmed by the outcome given the other reviews here.

I did not give you a review on-site. I was not asked if the service was satisfactory. I gave feedback on areas to touch up. We just returned from cleaning the unit again ourselves. Will not engage your services again. Best of luck to you.

Hi Ina, we are surprised by your review which is different in person. Firstly, it was informed that the team will arrive between 0930hr - 1000hr. My team arrived at 0951hr according to my supervisor on site. Cleaners were on their phones after the work was done and not during the cleaning process. QC was also done together with you and not just my supervisor as mentioned in our T&C and usual practice. Nonetheless, we take your feedback genuinely and it was our pleasure providing our service.

Above and beyond
Engaged the team for post-reno cleaning just 3 days before my required date and was amazed at the extremely prompt replies. The team arrived punctually, in fact ahead of time. There was a delay with the installation works by my ID, the cleaning team took the initiative to stay a little longer to ensure that the particular area my ID was working on will be cleaned too. Will recommend to everyone!!

I wasn’t there during the cleaning but my 2 housemate were there. Both of them are very detailed person and they updated me that must leave a good review to this company. Very thorough and professional. Also during our move our handover, the agent was super picky but she has no issue with the cleanliness at all. This shows they did a good job! Highly recommended and value for the money too 👍🏻👍🏻

cleaners arrived early than the agreed time. Cleaning wise overall ok.. areas are generally clean.. completed less than 6 hrs as agreed.. I might have missed out some spots.. hence, I also did some clean up as well. From a very dusty area to a clean area which I possibly cannot do it by ourselves within that time frame..
